Pitki may receive information you choose to submit while creating a video, including text prompts, instructions, project settings, uploaded images, uploaded video clips, audio or voice files, captions, and other media you select for processing. We may also receive your support messages, feedback, and the contact details included in those communications.
2. Information created during generation
When you request an AI-generated video, Pitki may process the prompt, selected assets, style choices, duration, aspect ratio, editing instructions, and generation settings needed to create the requested result. We may also process temporary project data, preview files, render status, error details, and generated video outputs so the requested workflow can function.
3. Device and technical information
The Android device or Google Play platform may provide limited technical information such as device model, Android version, language, app version, network type, approximate timestamps, crash reports, performance diagnostics, and identifiers. These signals help us deliver the app, diagnose rendering failures, improve stability, and protect the service.
4. How information is collected
Information may be collected when you install or open Pitki, create or edit a project, upload media, submit a prompt, start a generation, preview a result, export a video, contact support, or report a problem. Some operational events are recorded automatically while the app communicates with the services required for AI processing and delivery.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide Pitki's AI video generation and editing features, process prompts and media, produce previews and exports, save project state when a feature requires it, respond to support requests, investigate failures, improve generation quality and app performance, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Uploaded media and generated results
Uploaded media and generated results are processed only for the functions you request, such as generation, editing, preview, storage, or export. You should upload only material that you are permitted to use. Depending on the feature and platform configuration, files may be transmitted to processing services and may remain temporarily available to complete a render or resolve a technical error.
7. Permissions
Pitki may request access to photos, videos, files, storage, camera, microphone, notifications, or network connectivity when a selected feature needs that access. For example, media access may be needed to import source material or save an exported video, and network access is needed for cloud-based generation. You can manage permissions through Android settings, although declining one may prevent the related feature from working.
8. Service providers and Google Play
We may use providers for cloud hosting, AI processing, file delivery, crash diagnostics, analytics, security, customer support, or other infrastructure required to operate Pitki. These providers should receive only the information needed for their assigned role. Google Play and Android may separately process information under Google's own terms and privacy notices, including information related to installation, updates, billing, and device operation.
9. Sharing and legal disclosures
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect users or our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, respond to a security incident, or support a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of relevant assets.
10. Retention and deletion
We retain prompts, uploaded media, project data, generated results, and technical records only for as long as needed for the feature requested, service operation, troubleshooting, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our policies. Temporary files may be removed after processing or after a reasonable period of inactivity. You may contact us to ask about deletion of information associated with your request, subject to legal and operational limits.
11. International processing
Pitki and its service providers may process prompts, media, project files, generated videos, or technical information in countries different from the one where you live. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards for international processing.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse of information. No internet transmission, mobile application, cloud service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Keep copies of videos and source material that are important to you.
13. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. You can also decline permissions or stop using a feature, although that may limit media import, recording, generation, or export functions. We may verify requests before responding and legal exceptions may apply.
14. Children
Pitki is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information or media, we will take reasonable steps to remove it where appropriate.
15. Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when Pitki's features, AI processing methods, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Pitki after an update indicates that you have reviewed the revised policy.
